We had a great experience all around! First, I accompanied my hearing-impaired friend. The provided audio aid was malfunctioning. The kind attendant from the first aid office kept updating us on the situation, but unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed. Before we could speak, a kind man offered us and our two friends better seats closer to the stage. Secondly, we would definitely go again!"
